La Gazzetta dello Sport have reported that Sevilla sporting director Monchi will be the new sporting director of AS Roma starting next season.
The report claims that after dinner in London with Alex Zecca and Franco Baldini the week before the Derby and that is where talks and, ultimately, the agreement have been reached.
Monchi’s contract expires with Sevilla in June and, according to the report, will join Roma in June to start his new Italian adventure.
