Roma and Milan are not only working together on a swap deal involving Alexis Saelemaekers and Tammy Abraham, but also competing for Manu Koné.
The two clubs – reports Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport – have communicated to Borussia Mönchengladbach their willingness to offer up to €15 million for the French midfielder.
Gladbach now have to reflect on this and the player will also have to decide between the two teams that are leading the race for him.
For Roma, Manu Koné is the priority replacement for Edoardo Bove who is likely headed to Nottingham Forest.
