The first “plusvalenza” may arrive early for Roma this summer.
The Giallorossi, according to La Repubblica, are closing in on the sale of Antonio Rüdiger to Chelsea. Reportedly, Roma, who recently purchased the player permanently, will sell the German to Chelsea for a fee close to €25 million. However, Stuttgart will receive 10% of any transfer fee that Roma sell the youngster for — a clause agreed upon when Rüdiger was redeemed.
The German’s entourage is still working to agree to personal terms with Chelsea, although the it cannot be excluded that the English club will include a player in the deal. One name rumored to be potentially included in negotiations is Belgian midfielder Charly Musonda, who impressed while on loan with Betis in Spain.
