The finish line appears to have been reached for the renewal of Kostas Manolas.
As reported by Sky Sport, Roma and the entourage of the Greek have finally agreed to a new contract after the player’s potential move to Zenit broke down this summer. Form that moment on, talks about a contract renewal began. Manolas will receive a substantial wage increase and sign a three year renewal: he will sign a contract worth €3 million (net) plus bonuses. The sides will, reportedly, meet tomorrow to finalise the last detail surrounding the release clause, which likely be worth €35 million and only be valid for foreign clubs.
