Report: Roma prefer Ünder remain in January

Despite the several transfer rumors linking him with a potential January loan move away from Trigoria, Corriere dello Sport have reported today that Roma prefer young attacker Cengiz Ünder remain at the club despite his meager amount of playing time.

The Turk has been linked with a potential loan move to Sassuolo, however, this seems unlikely as the club prefer for the player to remain and train under Di Francesco and with the rest of the team in order to continue his growth and learn the ways of Italian football. Though, sporting director, Monchi, will listen to the youngster and should the player prefer to move on loan in order to find continuity and more playing time, then the Spaniard will certainly consider his opinion.
