The future of Atalanta attacker Papu Gomez remains a major question mark, but it appears that Roma will make an attempt to bring the player to the Italian capital this month.
Calciomercato.com has reported today that Roma are interested in acquiring the Argentine, who is set to depart the Bergamo based side after falling out with manager Gian Piero Gasperini.
La Dea have slapped a €15 million price tag on the player but it seems unlikely that the club would fetch that amount for the 32 year-old.
General Director, Tiago Pinto, will reportedly meet tomorrow with representatives from Atalanta to discuss a potential deal for Gomez, who has also caught the attention of Inter.
