Former Roma defender Kostas Manolas is said to have offered his services to the Giallorossi earlier in the transfer window.

As the capital club searched for an additional centreback to add to their roster, the news reached the entourage of ex-Giallorossi player Kostas Manolas who is currently a free agent.

According to TuttoMercatoWeb, at the beginning of January, Manolas had offered to return to Roma until the end of the season.

However, following Jose Mourinho’s dismissal, Roma’s priorities changed and the club are no longer looking to add another centreback to Daniele De Rossi’s squad.

In the meantime, Manolas has received offers from Salernitana and Porto.
