Primavera midfielder Riccardo Pagano has been involved in Roma’s preseason training.
After featuring in Roma’s first two preseason friendlies with Boreale and Latina – and scoring in both appearances – Pagano travelled with Mourinho’s men to Portugal where the Giallorossi will hold the second half of preseason.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Pagano’s skills and work rate have impressed the Special One and his staff.
The 19-year-old – who is a client of Francesco Totti’s agency – is expected to earn significant playing time for Roma’s first team this season.
