Less than a month after undergoing surgery on his meniscus, Roma fullback Rick Karsdorp is nearing a return at Jose Mourinho’s disposal.
The Dutch wide man took part in today’s training session and seems to be on his way to making full recovery after picking up an injury in Roma’s Europa League affair with Helsinki on September 15.
It remains to be seen whether Jose Mourinho will decide to call him up in the coming days for the team’s return leg in Seville with Betis, but Karsdorp’s recovery provides additional depth as Zeki Celik has been ruled out with a knee injury until the new year.
