Roberto Mancini is no longer the head coach of the Italian national team.
Earlier today, Mancini decided to resign from his position as technical commissioner of Italy, reports Sky Sport.
Mancini took over in 2018, leading the Azzurri to a historic win of the EURO 2020 edition. However, the technician failed to help his men qualify for the last World Cup.
The Italian federation has declared that they will name Mancini’s successor in the coming days.
