Roma defender Roger Ibanez was asked to talk about the upcoming Europa League final.

The Brazilian centreback discussed with eagerness the importance of this match in his young career.

“I try to be as calm as possible, but the anxiety grows,” he said in an interview with AS.

“However, I try to stay focused and pay attention to everything the coach tells us to learn more about Sevilla and get to the final as best as possible.”

“This match is more important than last year’s Conference League final and although I played many important and special games, this will be one of the most important ones, if not the most important game of my career.”

“Mourinho has a lot of experience in the finals and is working to prepare us in the best possible way to allow Roma to return to winning a Scudetto.”
