Roma among clubs interested in Lille’s Celik

Zeki Celik is one of the most talked about players for the January transfer window with Atletico Madrid and Tottenham emerging as top candidates to land the Turkish talent.

According to TMW, Roma are also following closely the 24-year-old right-back.

After months of interest, Tiago Pinto has reportedly reached out to French side Lille to assess whether a deal could be made in the winter transfer market.

The General Manager is intent on strengthening the right flank and finding a suitable back-up to Rick Karsdorp.

Competition for Celik remains fierce, and a departure in January is at the moment highly unlikely for the Turkish defender.
