Roma are being linked with Dutch striker Wout Weghorst as a possible reinforcement for Daniele De Rossi’s team.

The Burnley attacker is likely to leave England this summer.

After the Euro’s, Weghorst is expected to decide on his future after concluding this past season on loan at Hoffenheim with 7 goals and 4 assists in 30 appearances.

According to Tuttosport, Roma are one of the clubs to have shown interest in Weghorst this summer.

The capital club are still looking for a replacement of Romelu Lukaku.

Together with Ajax, Roma are said to have made inquiries for Weghorst in order to assess his contractual demands ahead of a possible move.

Burnley have reportedly fixed an asking price of 10 million euros.
