Roma have reportedly reached an agreement for the temporary transfer of Angelino from Leipzig.

The capital club have prioritized signing an additional leftback before the transfer deadline to strengthen Daniele De Rossi’s squad.

According to Corriere dello Sport, there is an agreement in place between Roma and Leipzig: Angelino is expected to move to Roma on loan with an option to buy for €5 million at the end of the season.

If Roma were to qualify for next year’s Champions League the move would become permanent.

However, before welcoming Angelino, Roma must secure at least one outgoing transfer.
