General Manager Tiago Pinto is expected to continue talks with Valencia over the loan of Amadou Diawara later today, reports Corriere dello Sport.
The Spanish side – Diawara’s current favored destination – want to sign the Guinean midfielder on a dry loan without any option included.
Moreover, Valencia are reportedly pressuring Roma into covering part of the 24-year-old’s wages.
Pinto is thus expected to continue working on the terms of the loan to facilitate a successful outcome to the operation before the end of the January window.
