Roma arrive at Trigoria for COVID-19 testing ahead of preseason

RomaPress – Just a few weeks after their final match of the 2019/2020 season, Roma are ready to begin preparations for the upcoming 2020/2021 campaign.

The Giallorossi arrived at their training center, Trigoria, today to undergo COVID-19 tests ahead of tomorrow’s first training session, which will take place at 18.00.

Among the first to arrive were newly acquired winger, Pedro, Leonardo Spinazzola, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Roger Ibañez, and Alessio Riccardi, who all arrived around 9.30 local time.

Shortly thereafter, striker Edin Dzeko arrived and was accompanied by his wife, Amra, but he left Trigoria just minutes after having taken his test. The Bosnian is expected to have a sit-down meeting with the club to discuss his future in the coming days.
