Roma’s latest idea to further strengthen their roster comes in the form of Napoli fullback Giovanni Di Lorenzo.

The Partenopei captain has been at the center of many rumors recently as reports in Italy emerged claiming that Di Lorenzo, disappointed in how Napoli’s season turned out, has asked the club to be sold this summer.

His agent is reportedly already at work to find him a new club in Italy.

According to Corriere della Sera, Roma immediately came forward as potential suitors: the Giallorossi are expected to part ways with Leonardo Spinazzola and consider Di Lorenzo the ideal replacement.

The capital club are also working on Torino fullback Raoul Bellanova who, after an excellent season with the Granata, has been called up by Luciano Spalletti in Italy’s provisional squad for the EUROs.
