Roma and Bayer Leverkusen remain engaged in negotiations for Patrik Schick and, according to Corriere dello Sport, the clubs will this week to try and find a final agreement.
Bayer sporting director and for Roma attacker, Rudi Völler, is ready to offer €25 million for the Czech forward, who would arrive as a replacement for Monaco-bound Kevin Volland.
The Giallorossi, though, continue to request €28 million for the 24 year-old, who wishes to continue his career in the Bundesliga after his successful loan spell last season with RB Leipzig.
Schick’s primary desire was to remain with Julian Nagelmann’s side, however, they were unable to satisfy Roma’s demands despite being locked in negotiations with the Italians for several months.
