It all ends even at the Olimpico tonight, with Roma drawing 2-2 with Bodo/Glimt.
El Shaarawy, one of Roma’s goal-scorers, shared his thoughts on the match with Sky Sport.
“I think in the moments of the game we played to win. We had to be more decisive in front of goal. We need more determination up front.”
On conceding so many goals to Bodo:
“The defeat in Norway hurt a lot. Today we wanted redemption. Today was a gritty game, a game desire and determination but it was not enough. We had to put in something extra to win it.”
On two penalties not given to Roma:
“It’s not worth talking about episodes. We have to play with more spirit to win these games. We wanted to win it, but it just wasn’t enough.”
“i always try to do my best out there like I did tonight. We all have to play with that mindset.”
