Good news for Jose Mourinho who will be able to rely on his captain, Lorenzo Pellegrini, for tomorrow night’s clash with newly promoted Serie A side Lecce.
Pellegrini – who missed the club’s midweek Europa League fixture with Real Betis due to an injury he picked up at the San Siro a week ago – was seen training with the rest of the team in this afternoon’s training session.
The Italian midfielder is expected to be at Jose Mourinho’s disposal for tomorrow night. It remains to be seen whether the Special One will choose to start him or have him come off the bench in the second half.
