Roma CEO Lina Souloukou is increasingly becoming the leading figure of the Friedkin ownership at the capital club.

Since her arrival last year, Souloukou has rapidly risen in the extent of administrative duties and powers over the inner workings of Roma, reports Corriere dello Sport.

In fact, it is Souloukou who has been entrusted with securing Roma’s next sporting director following Tiago Pinto’s exit from the club in February and plays a decisive role as the chief mediator between Daniele De Rossi and Roma’s owners.

Moreover, the newspaper also suggests that Souloukou is currently overseeing the club’s finances and the progress of the new stadium project that is being discussed by the local authorities, as well as the initiatives linked to UEFA projects on sustainability and the laudable ones of Amami e Basta against violence against women which saw her participate in various events with the first women’s and men’s teams.
