As Gini Wijnaldum travels to Italy to complete his Roma medical and sign his new contract with the capital club, the Giallorossi are reportedly closing in on Eric Bailly of Manchester United.
According to calciomercato.com, Roma are edging closer to an agreement with the Red Devils for the 28-year-old defender.
Bailly is expected to sign with Roma on the basis of a loan with option to buy set at €8 million.
In the meantime, the Giallorossi are also finalising the exits of Jordan Veretout, Justin Kluivert and Gonzalo Villar.
