With the New Balance sponsorship set to expire at the of the upcoming season, Roma are closing in on what will become the second highest sponsorship deal in Italy, only second to Juventus.

According to the latest report by Il Tempo, the Giallorossi are expected to sign a major deal with Adidas starting from the 23/24 campaign.

The Italian newspaper claims that it will be a long-term deal with extremely high earnings: only second to Juventus who are set to earn €408 million across eight years

The Friedkins want to put the capital club on a pedestal and have it compete with the top European clubs both on and off the pitch, with important updates regarding the new stadium to follow soon.

The club are reportedly planning on submitting a study of technical and financial feasibility by the end of September and start of October. Roma’s ideal scenario would include the inaugural of the new stadium either in 2026 or, at the latest, in 2027, on Roma’s 100th anniversary.
