Roma have significantly improved their scoring record compared to last season’s attacking struggles.

Despite conceding one goal too many this year, the Giallorossi seem to have found the right recipe when leading the attack into the opponent’s penalty area.

According to il Tempo, Jose Mourinho’s side have now scored 27 goals in Serie A this season – with an average of 2 goals per game.

Last season, after the same number of games played (14), Roma had only scored 17 goals.

With the addition of Europa League games, Roma have collected a total of 39 goals in 19 official matches.

In his brief time in the Italian capital, Lukaku already overtook Tammy Abraham’s scoring record from last season with 10 goals to Tammy’s 9 all season long.
