Roma’s negative record away from home continues to haunt Mourinho’s side as they head into the New Year.
Following last night’s narrow defeat to Juventus at the Allianz Stadium in Turin, La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that the Giallorossi have matched their worst away record in a single calendar year.
In 2023, Roma have collected 10 losses away from home (5 attributed to the final months of last season, 5 in the opening half of 23/24).
This is the capital club’s worst record in history except for 2021 when Roma collected 12 defeats away from Stadio Olimpico.
