Roma continue to impress with Daniele De Rossi at the helm.

The Italian technician and legendary club captain – who made a surprise return as Roma’s head coach in mid-January following Jose Mourinho sacking – has made an instant impact on the Giallorossi in the opening two months of his tenure.

Right now, Roma are fifth in the table and flying.

In fact, with De Rossi on the bench, no team has scored more goals in Serie A (23) and, as reported by Opta, Roma are the ones with the highest scoring percentage (25%). These goals brought many points along the way and gave the Giallorossi a nice leap in the standings.

Only Inter (25), in the same period of time, gained more points in the league than Roma, who took home 22 points in 9 matches.
