After a month of trying to balance the books, the transfer market of Roma is starting to take shape.
Roma’s move for Juan Jesus is complete. The Brazilian will arrive to Pinzolo today to greet his teammates and undergo his medical examination. Meanwhile, a move for Real Madrid defender Nacho is nearly complete. An agreement has been reached between all of the parties: the player will arrive at Roma on loan for €2.5 million with an option to buy for €12 million, as reported by Alessandro Austini of Il Tempo.
Talks for Bologna midfielder Amadou Diawara have also continued. The player, in stunning fashion, even released a statement to Il Corriere di Bologna stating: “I will remain at home until I’m sold.” The player has angered both Bologna’s hierarchy and manager, Roberto Donadoni, by seemingly forcing them to speed up talks for a potential move away. For now, Roma remain the favorites but Valencia are also interested.
