Gianluca Di Marzio reports Roma are pondering bringing Sassuolo midfielder back to the club in January.
Roma have a €10 million option to repurchase Pellegrini in July but despite this and the player being cup-tied for the Europa League, the Giallorossi are thinking about Pellegrini’s return in January.
Roma are also talking to Sassuolo it about Grégoire Defrel. The French class of ’91 attacker is liked by Roma for his ability to play anywhere in attack. He, of course, could also not play in the Europa League after having already played with Sassuolo.
