Roma continue Icardi talks

In the last few days, Roma have reignited their interest in Mauro Icardi. Il Tempo reports that the Giallorossi have been in constant contact with the entourage of the striker over the last three days as the former Sampdoria man is considered a better investment in Trigoria than Higuain.

Roma would like to include Icardi in the operation for Dzeko, who is valued at €20 million, while the Nerazzuri have a very high price tag on their attacker: €70-80 million. In Rome, they are aware that Napoli is also interested, but the operation will only begin to accelerate when the possibility of Icardi joining Juventus vanishes.

Roma have yet to agree to personal terms with Wanda Nara, but a figure of €7.5 million per season is likely enough to convince the player to join. Meanwhile, Roma can also exploit the fact that Wanda Nara is being considered for an important television program being filmed in the capital.
