Roma are not giving up on one of their primary transfer targets in Davide Frattesi.
The capital club are still in the race for the Italian midfielder despite heavy interest from the likes of Inter and Milan.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport, during today’s meeting between Roma GM Tiago Pinto and Sassuolo executives – which served to finalize the transfers of Cristian Volpato and Filippo Missori – the two sides also discussed Frattesi’s situation.
Unless Inter or Milan choose to improve their respective offers, Roma would once again become the favorites to land Frattesi.
