Lorenzo Pellegrini is set to renew his contract with Roma by the end of the transfer window. The player, whose current contract is set to expire next year, wants to continue leading the team for years to come.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport, earlier today a second meeting regarding Pellegrini’s renewal took place at Trigoria between Giampiero Pocetta, the 24-year-old’s agent, and General Manager Tiago Pinto.
This meeting was an opportunity to lay the foundations for more in-depth discussions regarding the economic aspects of the renewal. The feeling between the management and the player’s entourage has been very positive so far.
Pocetta also took this opportunity to further discuss the future of two Primavera youngsters: Nicola Zalewski and Riccardo Ciervo.
