The Giallorossi are active on the market with Tiago Pinto consulting a long list of names for the club’s two main priorities: the midfield and the right flank.
The search for Karsdorp’s back-up continues, with Roma reportedly in close contact with Bartosz Bereszyński’s entourage.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Sampdoria’s Polish right-back is considered the best option given his price-tag and availability plus extensive experience in the league.
The 29-year-old could be brought in already in January on loan with option to buy set at €5 million.
Pinto is also monitoring other players for this particular position including Bejamin Henrichs of RB Leipzig, Feyenoord’s Marcus Pedersen and Hugo Siquet of Belgian side Standard de Liège.
