Roma General Manager Tiago Pinto announced in his press conference last week that the club will do everything they can to part ways with the last remaining players excluded from Mourinho’s plans.

The Portuguese director is in fact searching for  solutions on the Greek, Belgian (both close this evening) and Turkish market for Ante Coric and William Bianda.

Their exits will enable Roma’s own search for an additional defender for Jose Mourinho, reports Corriere della Sera.

The Italian newspaper claims that the capital club are making concrete steps toward signing an extra cente-back which will allow Mourinho to rotate the defense across multiple competitions.

The first name on the list is that of Serbian defender Nikola Maksimovic who recently concluded a brief stint at Genoa.
