Roma continue to work on signing of Boubacar Kamara

The Giallorossi’s interest in Marseille’s Boubacar Kamara – whose contract with the French giants is set to expire in June – is well known by know. Reports claim that Mourinho has already spoken to the player about a potential transfer to the Italian capital.

The deal is difficult. Roma are not the only ones interested in the talented 22-year-old. Several Premier League clubs have also expressed interest in the midfielder.

According to Corriere dello Sport, General Manager Tiago Pinto is hard at work in trying to find suitable destinations for Carles Pérez and Amadou Diawara – the Portuguese director wants to monetize from these player exits in order to be able to finalize a deal for Kamara.

Roma want to make the best of their friendly relations with Marseille and their president Longoria to secure Kamara’s services already in January as the month is winding down as competition for the player is likely to increase even further in the summer.
