Roma could bring in Xhaka in June as part of Maitland-Niles deal

With the January window coming to an end, rumors regarding Roma’s plans for the summer have started back up. The latest include renewed links to Granit Xhaka.

The Giallorossi are reportedly still interested in the Swiss international for next season, according to Corriere dello Sport.

The Italian newspaper claims that Xhaka could be involved in a deal that includes Ainsley Maitland-Niles making a permanent switch to the Italian capital.

The Giallorossi would consider signing both Arsenal players for a sum of around €30 million.

The newspaper further reports that Roma maintain their interest in Florian Grillitsch of Hoffenheim who is bound to become a free agent in June.
