Roma could earn €30 million by reaching Europa League final

Roma have reportedly generated around €7 million by qualifying to the Europa League knockout round where they will face RB Salzburg.

As reported in today’s edition of Il Messaggero, the capital club are reflecting on their priorities for the season.

On one hand Roma want to qualify to next year’s Champions League by securing a place in Serie A’s top four.

However, Mourinho’s men could also make a run in the Europa League tournament as the cash prize of up to €30 million could help boost the Giallorossi’s financial situation.

Reaching the tournament’s final is estimated to be worth €25-30 million, excluding the revenue from ticket sales at the Stadio Olimpico.
