Roma remain active on the market as the season draws nearer.

The Giallorossi want to add more reinforcements in order to further boost De Rossi’s squad despite the rumors of a potential departure of Paulo Dybala.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the right-back position remains an area of focus for the capital club.

Roma have held talks for Lorenz Assignon of Rennes and Al Hilal’s Saud Abdulhamid.

A deal for Assignon appears more complicated given the demands posed by Rennes.

However, Roma hope to secure both players in order to give De Rossi more range in his choices with regards to the available fullbacks on the roster.
