The Giallorossi were dealt another blow after it was revealed that Stephan El Shaarawy, who was forced to return to the Italian capital from national team duty due to injury, will miss this weekend’s showdown in Rome against Napoli. Tests conducted on the ex-Milan man’s left calf revealed a small lesion, meaning he will miss this weekend’s match and is also at risk to miss the clash on 3 April against Fiorentina. El Shaarawy will be re-evaluated early next week when a clearer timetable is expected to be announced.
