Alvaro Morata is among the players Roma are considering as Tammy Abraham’s replacement for next season.

The Spanish striker has been rumored to be on the way out of Atletico Madrid despite having renewed his contract a few weeks ago. Both Milan and Roma inquired about him.

The issue, however, remains the player’s salary of €9 million – which would not be subject to growth decree due to his past experience in Italy – in addition to Atletico’s demands for him: at least €12 million, reports Il Messaggero.

At the moment, Roma consider these demands too high for their financial capabilities and are thus focusing all their efforts on acquiring Gianluca Scamacca from West Ham.
