Roma central defender, Marash Kumbulla, urged his side to display a better attitude in tonight’s Coppa Italia clash against Spezia following their embarrassment in last Friday’s Derby loss.
The 20 year-old was handed a starting place in defence in this evening’s cup affair and called upon his side to put their loss against the Lazio behind them
“We said a number of things to one another after Friday,” said Kumbulla to Roma TV just before kick-off.
“We have to put that game behind us and do better starting with today’s match. The Coppa Italia is an important objective for us, we can’t take it lightly.”
He continued, “We have to show more commitment and a better attitude than what we showed against Lazio.”
