Roma deny Ansa story

Roma have denied the story that was released earlier today by Italian outlet Ansa, who quoted an anonymous Roma official claiming that Emerson Palmieri could be sold during the January market. The club denied that any director spoke with Ansa and dismissed the quotes in an official release on their website:

AS Roma specifies that none of the executives with information on transfer market negotiations had a confrontation with Ansa. Furthermore, the club policy, as noted, is to never comment on market rumors.
