Roma deny Pallotta-Petrachi row

RomaPress – Roma has moved quickly to deny the rumor that president James Pallotta and sporting director Gianluca Petrachi are embroiled in a row.

A report was published by Sky Sport stating that there was a confrontation today between the pair in regards to the upcoming summer transfer market.

However, a source close to the Bostonian has strongly denied to RomaPress that there are any problems between the two and that they expect Petrachi to remain at the helm.

There were whispers that Petrachi was upset with the American because he did not mention him by name in a recent interview, in which he praised fellow directors Guido Fienga and Manolo Zubiria.
