Roma and Juventus are both involved in the race for Empoli midfielder Tommaso Baldanzi.
As reported by calciomercato.com, the two clubs are currently the favorites to land the Italian starlet.
Roma have held preliminary talks with Empoli and Baldanzi’s entourage but have not made any offers yet.
Juventus, on the other hand, are working to secure Baldanzi for next year. However, Juve boss Massimiliano Allegri is yet to approve of this plan.
Baldanzi is also being tracked by foreign clubs including Benfica and Borussia Dortmund.
