Roma exercise Pellegrini repurchase clause, still courting Karsdorp

Lorenzo Pellegrini is returning to Roma. As reported by Sky Sport, the Giallorossi have exercised the repurchase option for the player have have paid €10 million to Sassuolo. The midfielder will sign the new contract in Poland, where Italy’s U-21 outfit are currently competing.

Meanwhile, Roma continue to press for right-back Rick Karsdorp, who also has the interest of Inter. Roma are trying to accelerate and purchase the player, and there is currently a €2-€3 million gap between Feyenoord’s asking price and Roma’s offer. The Giallorossi are continuing and will try to close for Karsdorp.
