Roma were dealt a huge blow in the form of Tammy Abraham’s ACL injury on the final match of the season.
As a result of this injury, the club are now busy evaluating potential candidates to replace Abraham who might miss up to nine months of action, returning in March 2024.
According to calciomercato.com, one of the heavily linked names is that of Alvaro Morata.
The ex-Juventus striker is on his way out of Atletico Madrid and his entourage are reportedly shopping him around Italy.
Roma have already made preliminary inquiries.
