Il Corriere Dello Sport – Roma are looking for an attacker and in recent days have intensified contacts with the entourage of Jesé Rodriguez, Spanish winger of Paris Saint-Germain, who has played only 274 minutes this season scores one goal. The former Madridista would like to re-launch his career in Italy. Paris Saint-Germain are in need of a defender and have laid their eyes on Antonio Rüdiger, who has also been followed by Chelsea. German defender, though, would still like to stay in Rome, and wait for an eventual call from Bayern. There have already been contacts in this regard. With the recoveries of Vermaelen and Mario Rui, Roma have almost left their emergency status in defense and could consider a bid for one of their players in that department.

Jesé Rodriguez can be the substitute of Salah. The Egyptian is injured and will be out of service for a few weeks then in January will be busy with Egypt in Gabon for the African Nations Cup. The interest of Roma dates back to last summer, when an international staff member initiated contacts between the two clubs, but the PSG paid €25 million for the player and further compensation, which helped facilitate the deal. Spalletti may give the green light to sacrifice Rüdiger if it means the Spainiard arrives.
