Roma have began their search for the future replacement of Rui Patricio.
The veteran Portuguese shot-stopper has failed to impress for the past year, delivering underwhelming performances in the first three games of this season.
With his contract set to expire next year, Roma are already on the look out for a long-term option to replace him with in the summer of 2024.
According to Tuttosport, one of the candidates for the job is Monza keeper Michele Di Gregorio.
The Giallorossi have reportedly made first inquiries with Di Gregorio’s entourage this summer and will keep monitoring his progress in his second consecutive season in Serie A.
