Roma fans have gathered online to collect the sum of money that corresponds to Gianluca Mancini’s latest fine.
The Italian defender was recently fined for celebrating the Derby della Capitale victory with a flag that displayed a rat with Lazio colors.
This celebration did not go down well with the Serie A Sporting Judge who handed Mancini a €5,000 fine.
In response to this punishment, Roma fans online created a GoFundMe to raise the necessary money to pay for Mancini’s fine.
So far, Corriere dello Sport reports that the collected amount exceeds €4,700 and if Mancini declines, the money will be donated to charity instead.
