Roma supporters will be penalized for a period of two months following the latest incident between Roma and Napoli ultras which took place on a national highway last week, resulting in several injuries.
During a press conference earlier today, the Minister of Interior, Matteo Piantedosi, hinted at a punishment involving both fanbases, who will face a two-month travelling ban.
“This afternoon I will probably sign a prevention provision on the travel of Roma and Naples fans for the next two months,” Piantedosi said.
“I have to consider a general provision of public order for the two groups of fans,” he added.
This will prevent supporters from attending away games until the end of March.
