Roma are being heavily linked with Evan Ndicka whose contract with Eintracht Frankfurt is set to expire in June.
As reported by Tuttomercatoweb, the French defender is Roma’s priority for the defense. The Giallorossi appear to be leading the race for the highly contended soon-to-be free agent, with Inter and Juventus a few steps behind.
The centreback fulfills all of Mourinho’s requirements for his position: agile, strong and versatile playing on the left, Ndicka is willing to join the capital club, perhaps as soon as January, although it is more probably for talks to unfold ahead of the summer window.
The player does not intend on signing a renewal with Frankfurt and is pushing to exit the German club in the coming months.
